FrameScrew

Concrete-free foundations

Foundations that go into the ground, not on top of it.

What is a ground screw?

A ground screw is a tubular steel shaft with a continuous welded helix thread that is driven directly into the ground using torque — no excavation, no concrete. It creates strong, durable, and removable foundations for virtually any construction application.

No excavation

Driven with low-speed, high-torque equipment. The soil is displaced and compacted, greatly boosting load capacity.

Immediately loadable

Ready to build on minutes after installation — no curing time like concrete requires.

Removable and reusable

Simply reverse the rotation to remove. Ground screws can be relocated or reused on a different project.

Soil or rock

Works in sand, clay, rocky soils, and hard-to-build sites where other foundations cannot reach.

The ground screw advantage over concrete.

Concrete requires excavation, formwork, rebar, pouring, curing, and cleanup. A ground screw eliminates 8 of the 11 steps in the conventional foundation process.

Weather independent

No dry days needed for curing. Installs in any weather condition year-round.

Minimal environmental footprint

No concrete means no cement carbon. ASTM-certified Environmental Product Declaration (Cradle-to-Gate).

ICC-certified (ESR-4226)

The first ICC-certified ground screw foundation in the U.S. Complies with IBC 2015/2018/2021 and IRC.

50+ year service life

Hot-dip galvanized per ASTM A123. 25-year warranty. ISO 9001/14001 certified production.

One screw for every project.

Housing & ADU

Fast foundations for homes, accessory dwelling units, container structures, and light wood-frame builds.

Solar Installations

The industry standard for 2" and 3" rigid pipe racking systems. 97.5% less carbon than concrete. 25-year warranty.

Fencing & Signage

Direct anchoring for fence posts, road signs, light poles, and street furniture.

Decks & Bridges

One-day installation for decks and pedestrian bridges on any terrain, without disturbing the landscape.
