Light-gauge steel framing, built with Framecrete AAC.
Framecrete is not a single material — it is an industrialized system. Precision-manufactured steel framing carries the structure; white Framecrete AAC panels enclose it. Together they build faster and protect longer than block or heavy concrete.
Our Technology
01 / 05Two engineered components. One structural system.

Intelligent Steel Framing
We use advanced 3D digital models to engineer high-tensile, light gauge steel framing. Each high-strength piece arrives at the site pre-cut, pre-punched, and ready for quick assembly, providing a strong, precise, and flexible structure.

AAC Panels
We enclose the steel frame with large, lightweight Framecrete Autoclaved Aerated Concrete panels. Featuring a patented super-smooth exterior finish, these panels offer excellent insulation while being significantly lighter than traditional concrete.
Inside the wall
02 / 05See exactly how it goes together.
A real Framecrete wall, mid-build: the steel frame carries the loads, white AAC encloses and insulates, and the finish makes it ready to live in.

Performance
03 / 05The Smartest Choice for Builders Worldwide.
Framecrete vs traditional
04 / 05Less of what slows a build down.
Measured against traditional block-and-concrete construction, the Framecrete system takes out time and weight — without giving up strength.
Build time
A precision, largely pre-engineered system reaches handover in significantly less time than traditional methods.
Structure weight
Light-gauge steel and aerated concrete cut dead load — lighter foundations and far easier logistics.
Standards & sustainability
05 / 05Certified components, built to recognized standards.
