Everything you're wondering.

The steel framing is hot-dip galvanized and coated for saline environments. AAC is fully mineral — it doesn't absorb moisture or react with salt. It's the most appropriate system for coastal construction in the Southern Caribbean.

Yes. AAC's thermal mass passively regulates interior temperatures, reducing the load on cooling systems. In a climate like Aruba's, with intense sun year-round, this translates into significantly lower electricity bills over the building's life.

The system is engineered for continuous wind loads. Galvanized steel and system anchors are calculated to the specific wind loads of the zone. While Aruba sits south of the main hurricane belt, it receives sustained year-round trade winds that the system handles without issue.

Very durable. AAC resists UV radiation, heat, and salinity without degrading. It doesn't crack from thermal expansion like conventional block, and doesn't require periodic coatings to maintain structural resistance. It's one of the most stable materials in arid coastal climates.

AAC has excellent acoustic performance due to its cellular structure. For multi-unit projects — apartments, villas, resorts — sound attenuation between party walls is significantly better than hollow conventional block, without needing additional acoustic insulation layers.
